He always provided really good and prompt communication. Jeff and his sons did a great job of installing a new loft hatch and ladder, insulating and boarding the loft and fitting shelving. The quality of the work was excellent and it was done quickly, professionally and cleanly. I'm very happy with the service and the results.

Jeff boarded and insulated our loft, and installed a new hatch with a wooden ladder. We're very impressed with the quality of the work, which he carried our in no time with minimal disruption. I used Jeff's services to fit new loft boards and update loft insulation. He also advised on the installation of a PIV unit which would, hopefully, reduce/remove the condensation within the attic. This was fitted yesterday so still early to tell but all the signs are that it will improve the current situation. The work was done well without any mess. He was always on hand to answer my many questions prior to the job and during. Would highly recommend.

Jeff and co removed a vast water tank platform from the loft before re-laying the insulation and fitting a new hatch and access ladder, raised boards, shelves and a mounting point for a strip light. They worked quickly, efficiently and with the minimum of fuss. The job was done in two days and was exactly as Jeff had described. Couldn't be happier.

Jeff and his sons boarded a large area of our loft and installed a ladder. Very good experience from start to finish - provided a very reasonable quote, very responsive to emails/calls and the work was carried out with very little disruption on the day. I had two other quotes that were much higher with the reps advising I board an unnecessary area of the loft which I had already said I didn't want/need. I felt Attic Alert were the only company who actually considered what I wanted/needed and quoted accordingly.

The team are very friendly and keen to ensure I was happy with everything and was safe using the ladder before leaving. No mess left at all. Highly recommended. Thank you!
